Types of Prefabricated houses:

Prefabricated houses can be larger family homes or commercial and industrial buildings (office buildings), bungalows, half-timbered houses, residence, semi-detached houses, designer houses, in the form of container for construction sites, etc., wooden house, villa, solid house, villa, cabin, or houses, the disabled - equitable. There are also larger prefabricated houses, for example, industrial halls.

1. THE KIT HOUSE

ADVANTAGES:

Today, because of the many options and the new developments, there are many advantages to this design results in a faster Building, and thus little moisture, less labour costs, more aesthetics,  better comfort, better space utilization through thin walls (as compared to solid house), optimized thermal insulation, new building versions and new construction materials, the precision in the manufacture of standards, in option also one can adding in desires and special features,  good resale possibilities and of course also, the much better cost control.
