COOLING OF INDOOR
For areas with several external walls is necessary a performance fee from 10 to 15 per cent. The power demand is separately computed for all surfaces of the area and added later.
Furthermore ventilation heat losses (windows or by machine) must be considered, night-time heating reduction, reheating factor etc. in the context of the rules of the technology recognized for the interpretation by heating systems. The computation is specified by DIN EN 12831 (heating load). Until October 2004 DIN 4701 applied to heat requirement, with which the so-called standard heat requirement is computed.
If a building can reduce its heat requirement by very good thermal insulation so far that it gets along without an active space heating (energy input only by inhabitant, solar profits, ventilation preliminary heating etc.), then one speaks of a passive house.
Control and regulation
The adherence to the temperature desired is reached by controlling or regulation of the heating.
Control of the heating behavior of the plants went along with the state of the art. There was heater with the first large heating systems still as the maintenance and a check of the burning procedures, then this is taken over today by electronic regulations with automatic control of the fuel property supply.
The kind of the assigned regulation depends thereby on the size of the heating system.
In and two-family houses the heating and water heating are realized usually completely by the regulation in the boiler.
With larger plants, with which a heating net supplies several houses or populated areas, in the heating house only the regulation for the heating net is realized, i.e. a constant or variable inlet temperature is fed into the net. In these plants two are then located or more boilers. These are steered no more via the burners own control, but over DDC controls.
The regulation of the heaters and the water heating takes place then separately in the annexe stations individual houses. The regulation in the house is made then by compact controllers or that DDC controls.
The rule strategy takes place with heaters outside temperature led, i.e. the inlet temperature heating net over a heating curve is having parameters. The inlet temperature of the heating circle will thereby more warmly, it becomes the colder. Besides parameters are used such as night-time heating reduction and extended utilization periods by areas over the party key, in order to intervene in the regulation.
