CEMENTS AND SILOS

The various types of cement (or binder varieties) are in silos next to the storage facility, the pneumatically filled. The silos have a lock down, and from there on the cement conveyors (spiral conveyor) to cement balance transported.

A concrete mixing plant for the manufacture of industrial concrete requires more storage capacity for each recipe ingredients. These are: cement different varieties, each of the groups for concrete aggregates (four or more groups). In addition, they need different chemical cement additives, water, air filter, transport facilities, dosing for each recipe ingredient, concrete additives, concrete mixers, delivery device for the fresh concrete and control technology.

Recycling of cement

Many ready-mix concrete plants are still with a concrete recycling plant. After cleaning the truck driving mixer is with this additional investment, the concrete suspension back in solid and liquid ingredients separately. This prevents hardening of the concrete remains. The won ingredients are then often the concrete producing processes again mixed.
