Burada iki sivri ve dört dikenli tel keskindir. Gerilim teller sayısını sonra, biz de bir ve çift taraflı dikenli tel üretilmektedir. Dikenli tel her iki tür de alt sınıf malzeme çok yüksek bir gerilme gücü vardır. Bu düşük sıcaklık hassasiyeti ve akış eğimi çok uzun bir zaman alır.
Dikenli tel genellikle karbon ve alaşımlı çeliklerden yapılır. Alüminyum alaşımlarıda günümüzde vardır.
