Bir bina projesi olan herkesin dikkatle incelemesi gereken sözleşmeleri ve diğer yasal yükümlülükleri,

Obligations and advisors

A building project is a complicated net of the contracts and other legal obligations, of which everyone must be regarded carefully. A contract is the exchange of a set of obligations between two or more parties, but it is not so simple an affair to be arranged as trying, the other side as much as possible against as few as possible to agree.

Timing

The time element in the structure means the fact that cost money retards and in the boxes of the bottlenecks, retarded can be extremely expensive.
